You may cancel registration up to 7 days prior to a meeting. After that, no refund is possible. However, another person may attend in your place.
Registration fees for all meetings are payable in Australian dollars.
Payments are due within 14 days of registration. Late payment penalties of 3% per month are imposed if your payment is made more than 30 days from the date of the invoice.
We encourage you to pay by credit card through our secure online facility. However, an invoice option is available. We prefer EFT payment for our invoices, but also accept cheque payments. Bank account details are listed on the tax invoice generated when you register.
