    • How to use the data to connect with your peers, identify exemplars and engage clinicians.
    • Learn key Roundtable concepts including an  in depth  session on Roundtable’s latest HDxSMR (Hospital Diagnosis Standardised Mortality Ratio) methodology.
    • Learn about available online analytics tools available to your  organisation  from the Roundtable, to be able to drill down and investigate your own data.
  • Share, discuss and plan
    • Hospitals will get an opportunity to share the latest innovations at their  organisation  with others.
    • As well as workshop how to best assimilate Roundtable information into their  organisation .

    • Exemplar hospitals and organisations from both Australia and New Zealand, on how they are using data, information, and knowledge to drive improvement and change.
    • State funding services and other Roundtable members about HACs (Hospital Acquired Complications) and risk adjustment.
    • the Roundtable team will also be presenting you your new HAC reports at this event.

Who Should Participate?
We invite both new and existing users of the HRT reports to this meeting. It’s a great opportunity to learn how you can use the Roundtable reports at your  organisation ,  and learn what your peers around the country are doing.  We encourage you to send a mixed team of clinicians, analysts and process improvement personnel.  Generally, when teams of about 3-4 people attend the meeting and develop an agreed action plan, improvements are more likely to be implemented. This workshop is included in your  organisations  core subscription however  day delegate fees apply of $395 pp.   For those  interested  there is an optional networking dinner on the first day.
