Registration:
Staff of Health Roundtable member organisations are encouraged to register for meetings online. Just click the link for the meeting you're interested in above and follow the prompts. The online registration process covers the Delegate Registration fees only -- to meet the cost of the hotel venue, meals, and dinners. The professional costs of preparing the Roundtable meeting, analysing the data, and working with member organisations before and after the meeting are covered in a separate Subscription Invoice.
Senior executives of each member organisation decide which activities will be of interest at the beginning of each calendar year, and send in their subscription agreement. Organisations can also subscribe to an activity during the year if there is space available. If you are not sure that your organisation has subscribed to an event that you want to attend, please give us a call BEFORE you register.
Payments
- You may cancel registration up to 7 days prior to a meeting. After that, no refund is possible. However, another person may attend in your place.
- Registration fees for all meetings are payable in Australian dollars.
- Payments are due within 14 days of registration. Late payment penalties of 3% per month are imposed if your payment is made more than 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- We encourage you to pay by credit card through our secure online facility. However, an invoice option is available. We prefer EFT payment for our invoices, but also accept cheque payments. Bank account details are listed on the tax invoice generated when you register.
Special Briefings
Special Briefings are offered to member health services twice each year in April and November to cover the most recent six-month data submission results. The briefings cover the latest analysis of inpatient activity, emergency presentations, and key performance indicators, and are tailored to highlight opportunities for improvement at your health service.
The Briefings are provided by webcast/teleconference specifically for your health service in an informal discussion for about an hour and are conducted by senior Health Roundtable team members. To arrange a briefing at other times, please contact your client manager (listed next to your organisation name in the Members section).
